This beautifully designed beach home caught my eye instantly.

From the rear, overlooking the sea… *sigh* – what a life!

This house is currently on the market for $3.7 million big ones!

I am really liking their interior, just light and fresh, no other words to explain it…

Quite a simple style, yet inviting…

It has to be the playful colours set on the white background that really sets this house apart from others… a tad minimalist too I think…

I personally am not a fan of this dark blue here, only because it really is out of chorus with the rest of the house… Only IMO!

And the views are, well, they are fantastic!

AND what did the agent say:

FABULOUS PRESTIGE HOME…

Features: Ensuite, A/C, Bunkhouse – sleeps 4
“GOLDENEYE”
Set high on the hill at Eagle Bay positioned majestically with views of the Indian Ocean and valley, this superlative home creates that perfect tranquility you crave. Far from the hustle and bustle of our booming city, located in a peaceful cul de sac setting of natural grace this is a very special seaside mansion in the most prestigious of areas. Offering the discerning buyer over 348m2 of internal living space plus upper and lower decks of 134m2 and a huge garage where the Bentley and the Cayenne can get to know each other better… Five big bedrooms all with their own decks, wonderful lower living room, huge kitchen and dining opening onto a deck, spectacular upper lounge with its own deck too and sweeping views down the valley to the bay. The master bedroom is one of the most beautiful you will ever see and features restful views of the coast and of course…its own deck too.

Carefully and thoughtfully designed, craftsman built and very tastefully decorated by a lady with real style, everything has been thought of and finished with quality. There is even a bunkhouse adjacent to the garage which sleeps four ready for when the youngsters crash after a day’s surfing.

Positioned on 4097m2 of land next to a pathway to the bay there is ample room for a pool or tennis court if you wish. Importantly this home is serviced by scheme water which is exceptional here and saves the inconvenience of water having to be carted in.

As my heading describes my owners had the theme of author Ian Fleming’s Jamaican hideaway of the same name in mind when they designed and decorated this peaceful haven. It will captivate you and leave you deeply moved by its aura and charm.

WOW!

    Thanks for stopping by!

I have often wanted a beach home, but living in FL makes me not want one. Hurricanes. Not so fun.

If I had 3.7 million this home is where I would be spending it. So pretty. I'd also buy the yacht from the previous post to dock somewhere nearby. Thanks for stopping by my blog earlier. I'm glad you like it. Yours is beautiful as well. This is where I'll be coming when I want to dream about being a millionaire. :o)
