A Classical Toorak Residence

Property Summary

Category: HouseBedrooms: 4Bathrooms: 4Garage: Triple
Close to: Melbourne: 6km (direct line)

Toorak has many stylish, well designed and luxurious homes like this one.
It is the most expensive suburb to live in, in Melbourne.

Most homes in Toorak are owned by wealthy “old money” and bad economic times don’t usually hurt the “old money” families. Therefore prices are really not always good value for money, just the price you have to pay to live in Toorak.

This one is currently on the market asking for $8 Million Big Ones!

I really like these curtains…

And here’s the Master Plan!

And What Did the Agent Say!

I wanted to thank you for stopping by my blog. Yes, Crickett is a tri-colored Cavalier and I agree with you that they are the most gorgeous dogs. I don't think I could ever get another breed now – Crickett has spoiled me. And trust me, you'll be seeing a lot more of my little girl – she's my baby. 🙂

Love your blog! The homes you've found are stunning! I like imagining what it would be like to live in each and every one. *Sigh.*

Hi Annie! I like the wrought iron of the door in the 6th picture. I can't tell whether it's the front door or not. Anyway, what I don't care much for are all the recessed lights. A chandelier or lamps here and there is more my style!

    Have a lovely day!

This beautiful Blog showcases some of the most stunning Australian homes for sale, over the years, including apartments & heritage homes from around Australia so we can dream about how we would live if we could.
The homes are not necessarily perfect (like in a magazine shoot) so you need to forgive some obvious mistakes and just enjoy seeing how others live, perhaps even take some inspiration from here n' there!
