This home has a bit of everything in it,
as most homes do these days.
Some of the rooms are lovely and I wanted to post it.

Lovely original heritage Victorian architecture everywhere in the home,
despite many renovations and an extension.

Despite the heavy furniture,
and timber floors, the home still has a
classical feel to it, I think the rugs do it actually.

This is a lovely classical kitchen style.

Isn’t this an adorable bedroom style!

They’ve got the heritage feel bathroom above,
or the modern marble one below!!!

Lovely garden to match.

AND here’s what the Agent said about it!

“SAVOUR THIS CHARACTER SHOWCASE”
Exclusively positioned in a prestigious and tightly held encave. Envied two street frontage. Showcasing an elegant feast of classic character; the home makes an instant, welcoming impression with its classic and contemporary features. Both lounge and dining rooms boast feature fireplaces with olde mantels.
The family room dazzles with ornate leadlight panels. The master chef is really pampered in the new kitchen with granite tops and integrated dishwasher and oven.
Reverse cycle ducted air con. Security system. Take time to amble thru the shady, terraced courtyards that continue to surprise at every turn. A pleasant stroll to ocean, river, trains, many private schools, Swanbourne Village and the new Claremont Town.

I think this poor home is terribly confused. I hope the 2 very different bathrooms are miles apart from each other in the house. I think they'd be fighting amongst themselves for attention.

yes littlemissAG, you are right, surely the same owner would not style their two bathrooms paradoxical…! I'd say different owners, different budgets, and different taste, oh well… funnily enough, I think the marble one will date b4 the heritage one!
