I know I normally show the front facade of the home
in the first pic, but I think this is the front!
I can’t see how else it would work on this block,
swimming pool and all!

And I had to show the whole exterior
of this home before the interiors,
which are equally beautiful below…

The gardens look divine!

Say goodbye to the old, above,
and hello to the new, below!

SA Life magazine October 2007

The bathroom is nice above,
but I really am not a fan of marble tiles
floor to ceiling, like below,
which I notice from time to time in heritage homes
and I think to myself – what were they thinking!!!

And here’s the Master Plan!

AND here’s what the Agent said about it!

Just beautiful although I must admit I prefer the old over the new – a little too modern for me. I do love that cellar though – how inviting!!! Ange

I have to agree with Ange – the new part is not as wonderful as the old – but still an amazing property. Annie xo

Re: marble tiles from my blog (http://bisbuildingahouse.blogspot.com/2011/03/our-ensuite-inspirations.html)

Thanks to Jodie from josieinthehouse.blogspot.com I've been able to find out exactly what they are:

'Silver Pearl' from Marble Plus (marbleplus.com.au)

    The 457×457 are $107+GST & the 914 x457 are $117+GST

They've got offices in NSW (Seven Hills) and QLD (Salisbury)

    Hope this helps.

    B
