This home is designed and decorated beautifully,
I adore the bedroom, as I’m sure you will.

Obviously it is a builder’s display home
(WA builders APG),
the RE Agent (see below) refers to it as
the builder’s “Landmark” Home,
You’ll see why now!

I can’t really nail the design influence,
I’m going to go with “Classic Provincial Styling”,
but you might also throw “Aussie” into
that title if you really wanted to!

I hate to nitpick, BUT
what is it about those sofas I don’t like,
obviously the armrests,
I am not a “round armrest” person,
does anyone else agree on that point???

I’m lovin those shiny tiles,
I don’t know what it would be like to live with them,
but I sure do love the look of em!

Isn’t that bedroom divine!!!!
How bout that doona!
Is it silver or taupe, maybe taupe/silver!!
I want one – NOW DAMN IT!

Make sure you click here to Tweet it to your Tweeps!

The outdoor entertaining areas are
simply spectacular, I notice display homes
getting better & better at these areas,
they must have some pretty fab
landscapers – which I could afford one!

AND A Veggie Patch to boot,
I mean, that’s pretty good effort by a builder
for a display home!
AND here’s the Master Plan!

AND here’s What the Agent said about it!

No rolled armrests here either! But I do think it suits the rest of the house!

Oo this house is just down the road from me, it is lovely but I think the interior designer got a bit confused with the styles, and I would prefer wood floors.
