No front of home image for this house for sale, but they wisely
posted the living room photo as their main pic – and you can probably see why!
This is a delightful home in Palm Beach, NSW – are you like me and
thought there was only a Palm Beach on the Gold Coast QLD??
It seems Palm Beach is about an hour north of Sydney,
def a place to consider calling home if the houses are like this one!!!

Beautiful Entry Way,
Almost French Provincial feel to it!

Probably a bit somall this kitchen, time to renovate I think!!!

Lovely use of black and white as a feature colour scheme in this room,
imagine waking up to that view!!
Yikes!
Interesting wall – no?

Don’t forget to Tweet it Here if you love this home too!!
Share the love!
Just amazing – imagine breakfast here,
birthday parties, playtime – wow!
Come on people, can you seriously see yourself here,
day after day – Seriously?
Seriously Yes, I can….

AND Here’s The Master Plan!

And Here’s what the Agent said about it!

“Norma House”

One of the first
homes in Palm Beach, Norma House is a living, breathing testament to the
romance of the past and the beauty of the present. The Vendors have
poured their hearts and souls into the rejuvenation of Norma House,
resulting in a sophisticated home that captures the character and charm
of Palm Beach’s by gone days.

* The stunning north aspect &
panorama sweeps from Pittwater, Palm Beach, Barrenjoey Headland across
the Pacific Ocean to the horizon.
* Breathtaking views and endless skies provide the ultimate, iconic backdrop and complete the beautiful picture.
*
The open plan living and dining rooms are classically sophisticated and
elegant, providing a balance between style and comfort.
* Bevel
edged glass bifold doors open to create a vast entertaining area flowing
effortlessly between the house and the split level deck.
* For
quieter evenings, nothing could rival the ambiance of the wine cellar.
Two Edwardian armchairs beckon you to come, sit and relax. Be enthralled
by the history of the home, all revealed via a series of intimate
lighting and unique glass cellaring creating a mood of calming delight.
* The extensive use of a white palette with black accents, mirrors and polished chrome enhance the feeling of space and light.
*
The curved lines of the traditional Australian surf clubs provided the
inspiration for the huge covered and waterproof terrace downstairs.
Here, in the event of inclement weather, all the extra living space you
need is at hand.
* Ambiance in the classic and traditional Palm Beach
style is the result, way beyond the usual jurisdiction of these all too
over worked words.
* Original floorboards have been brought back to
life. Intricate stone footings have been unveiled and are now lovingly
displayed, highlighting the history and humble beginnings of the home.
* Three bedrooms, each with queen size beds and walk in or built in wardrobes.
* The state of the art Sonos and Rhapsody audio visual system provides endless music throughout the house.
* A well known holiday rental ensuring substantial rental returns all year-round

Located
north facing on Palm Beach headland, your choice of surfing and
swimming at Palm Beach or Whale Beach can alternate daily.

Back at the oasis of Norma House, your barefoot luxury is assured.

I love everything except the rock walls. It is so fresh and breezy. I love the simplicity of the colour scheme. I hope it isn't sold already and they will take my offer lol.

Yes, Norma House is a gem and one of those amazing Palm Beach houses that when they appear for sale you try to find ways of selling everything you own to afford to buy it. Palmie is like Sydney's answer to the Hamptons, and some of the most amazing beaches and houses in the country. Where the rich and famous spend their weekends and hols, a bit like Mornington Peninsula.
